Ato Fikadu Horeta has been appointed as a member of the Board of Management of
Development Bank of Ethiopia since February 12, 2024. He has been serving as an Economic
Sectors Monitoring Lead Executive Officer at the office of the Prime Minister Office of the
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia since 2011. Ato Fikadu holds a Master’s Degree in
Policy Analysis.
